Have Heard the Car Ads – Trade That Clunker?
If you listen to the radio at all you have surely heard a car ad telling you to trade in your “clunker” for a new car. The program is pretty straight forward – you can get up to a $4500 rebate for bringing in your old car and driving off in a brand new one.
